registration information
Registration for the conference will be handled
through EDAS. Please follow EDAS menu for registration
or click here.
Authors must register by registration date to avoid late fee.
For authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL registration is valid for two
papers with at-least one common author who must register.
Full length research papers can be 4-6 pages in length.
Short papers must be 3 pages in length.
Registration Fee:
All Participants (in US Dollars)
Speaker/Presenter/Attendee: $500
Speaker/Presenter/Attendee (IEEE/OSA/SPIE members): $400
Students Attendee: $150
Attendees will also get access to proceedings.
Late Registration / On site Registration
All participants: Regular Fee + $50

Online registration by any major credit cards;(AMEX, MASTER, VISA, DICOVER, Etc.)Onsite Registration by Cash in US Dollars. Onsite registration will incurr late fee.

cancellation policy
Cancellations on or prior to 15-Oct-2022 will incur a 50% administrative fee. No refunds can be provided after this date. Please submit cancellation requests via email to General Chair.
